What you discuss stays between the two of you.
Messages, session planning and video calls between coach and coachee. Invite only, nobody listening in.
The first year free. Sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint.

Who can read along?
Coaching only works when someone can speak freely. Also when an employer pays for the coaching.

How to start as a coach
- Step 1Sign inWith a passkey, or with Google, Apple or Microsoft. There is no password.
- Step 2Sign the data processing agreementYou are responsible for what is in the conversations. We put that on record first.
- Step 3Send an invitationYou share a link. Your coachee sees who it is from and what Coachlink is.
- Step 4Carry on in the appYour coachee installs the app and is straight into your conversation.
You organise the coaching. Not the reading along.
A coaching agency or HR department deploys coaches. You manage who coaches. What is said in a conversation belongs to the coach and the coachee.
- An app under your own nameSoon
Rather not the standard Coachlink app? Appfabriek builds an app with your name and colours, with an admin account included.
- Manage coaches, not conversationsSoon
Switch coaches on or off, active or inactive. The conversations themselves stay closed.
- A coach can be the admin tooSoon
In a practice with several coaches, one coach manages the others, without a separate account.
- Servers in Germany
The app runs at Hetzner in Germany. Backups are encrypted and stay in the EU.
- Leaving means clearing up
Afterwards we delete the data within 30 days.
